【主要工作成就】
   从事钢冶金及材料理论与工艺研究，在国际上最早将原子/分子团簇概念引入钢液结构理论中，提出了钢中夹杂物二步形核理论、钢液-夹杂物及钢-第二相界面DFT/MD预测方法和夹杂物低界面能化调控技术。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、省级和企业课题13项，参加国家自然基金重点项目1项（2/10）；获国家技术发明二等奖1项（4/4）；以第一/通讯作者发表期刊论文60篇，SCI收录30余篇；独立出版专著1部，参编国际冶金学专著Treatise on Process Metallurgy和全国炼钢学教材各1部。获全国冶金高校青年教师提名奖、辽宁省优秀研究生指导教师、fb体育（中国）股份有限公司青年拔尖人才、优秀科技工作者；指导研究生获辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文1人、校优秀硕士论文2人。主讲本科生《冶金物理化学》（获批辽宁省一流课程）、硕/博士研究生《冶金过程理论》、《冶金热力学与动力学》、《洁净钢与夹杂物》、《钢铁冶金科技进展》等课程。
